Inside, the open-plan space features a luxurious king-size bed, a comfortable sofa that can accommodate an additional guest, and a fully equipped kitchen with a steam cooker and Nespresso capsule machine, alongside all essential cookware and appliances. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washing machine, while a smart TV allows guests to access their personal streaming accounts. The suite is air-conditioned, offers fast Starlink internet, and includes a private balcony for enjoying quiet moments outdoors. Hot water is supplied through an electric boiler that typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat once activated at the electrical panel. The entrance is easy to find, reached by descending four steps, and street parking is available nearby. A baby cot or highchair can be provided upon request, and entry is handled via a convenient keybox.

Set on a tranquil street near Corfu’s local market, the apartment offers quick and easy access to the island’s cultural heart. Within a short walk, guests can explore the historic Old Town, including the Liston promenade, Spianada Square, and the picturesque alleyways filled with cafés, artisan shops, and traditional tavernas. Small supermarkets, bakeries, and daily conveniences are all close at hand. Several beaches around Corfu Town can be reached with a brief taxi ride, making the suite a comfortable base for enjoying both urban charm and coastal outings.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the provided bathroom bins. The suite uses a keybox for smooth self check-in.
