Use filters to refine your search

Our search filters help you narrow down your options quickly and easily. You can filter results by property type, number of bedrooms, price, guest capacity and other key features, so you can focus on the stays that best fit your needs.

Explore destinations through the map

The map view helps you search by location and better understand where each property is situated. You can switch to map view directly from the search results page and browse listings based on the area that suits your plans best.

Choose the right stay with confidence

Vacedo gives you the tools you need to make informed decisions. Listing descriptions, photos, location details, reviews and host profiles can all help you better understand each property before you book. The more information you review, the easier it becomes to find the right fit for your trip.

Contact hosts before booking

If you have questions about a property, you can contact the host directly through the platform. This gives you the opportunity to ask about availability, amenities, check-in details, house rules or anything else that may help you decide.

To help protect your privacy and security, personal contact details remain private until a booking has been confirmed.

Complete your profile

A complete guest profile helps hosts feel more confident when receiving booking requests. Adding a profile photo and a few details about yourself can make communication easier and help create a smoother booking experience.

Communicate through the platform

Vacedo makes it easy for guests and hosts to communicate through its messaging system. Before your booking is confirmed, all communication takes place securely through the platform.

How booking works

When you are ready, you can send a booking request for the listing you are interested in. The host will then have 24 hours to respond.

If the host approves your request, you will receive a notification and will be asked to complete the payment for your booking through the platform. Your reservation is only confirmed once your payment has been successfully completed.

For selected listings, instant booking may be available. This allows you to complete your reservation immediately without waiting for host approval, making the booking process faster and more convenient.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive the booking details, confirmation information and access to the direct contact details of your host, including the exact address of the property where applicable.

Your trips and booking details

You can view your confirmed bookings and trip details through your account dashboard. There, you can access important information about your stay, including your booking summary, dates, payment details and host information.

Payment and booking policies

Each listing may have its own booking conditions, cancellation terms and payment-related details. Before completing a reservation, always review the information shown on the listing carefully.

Vacedo may hold payment according to the platform’s booking and payment flow in order to support a secure booking experience for both guests and hosts.

Security deposits and extra charges

Some hosts may apply additional charges or security deposits, depending on the property and booking terms. These may include fees such as cleaning charges or refundable security deposits.

Any such charges must be clearly stated in the listing and are handled in accordance with the booking terms shown on the platform.

For your safety and protection, all payments must be made exclusively through the Vacedo platform. Hosts are strictly prohibited from requesting any payment outside of Vacedo.

Please note that Vacedo cannot provide support, protection or guarantee for any payments made outside the platform. If you are ever asked to make a payment outside Vacedo, we strongly advise you to decline and contact our support team immediately.

Once your stay is confirmed, it is a good idea to contact your host in advance to confirm your arrival time, access instructions and any important details for check-in.

Having everything arranged before you travel helps create a smoother arrival experience and avoids unnecessary stress.

Arrivals and check-in

Before your trip begins, make sure you have reviewed all booking details and confirmed the arrival process with your host. You can find your trip information in your account and use it to coordinate your stay more easily.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a reservation, you can do so through the relevant booking area of your account, subject to the terms and policies that apply to your booking.

Any cancellation or modification will be handled according to the cancellation policy selected for that property.

Leave a review after your stay

Reviews are an important part of the Vacedo experience. After your stay, you may be invited to leave feedback about the property and your host.

Your review helps future guests make better decisions and helps maintain a trusted and transparent community for everyone.
