To process bookings and related transactions, Vacedo uses Stripe as its payment services provider. Depending on the transaction, this may include information such as the payment method used, cardholder name, payment card details, billing details, transaction amount, transaction date, fraud prevention signals, and other data necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and support financial reporting.

Vacedo does not store full payment card details on its own systems where payment processing is handled by Stripe. Vacedo may receive limited transaction-related information from Stripe that is necessary to manage bookings, confirm payments, process refunds, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations.

7A. Experiences and Activities (GetYourGuide)

Vacedo may offer access to experiences and activities provided by third-party partners. In particular, certain experiences and activities available through the platform are powered and managed by GetYourGuide.

When you browse, select or book an experience through Vacedo, you may be redirected to, or interact with, systems operated by GetYourGuide. In such cases, your personal data may be collected, processed and stored by GetYourGuide in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms.
