Sweet Cocoon is a spacious and welcoming first-floor apartment located near the Garitsa area, offering an ideal base for families or small groups visiting Corfu. With its comfortable layout, bright interiors, and easy access to the city’s main attractions, the apartment provides a relaxing environment just minutes from shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transportation. Its convenient location allows guests to explore Corfu Town on foot while still enjoying a peaceful residential setting.

Inside, the apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the bathroom offers a shower, toiletries, towels, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and the property uses a solar water heater, providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; in cloudy periods, guests may activate the electric boiler, which typically needs around 15 minutes to heat the water. Entrance to the apartment requires just one small step, and access to the first floor is made easy by an elevator. Air conditioning, heating, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, and a TV are also provided, with a baby cot available on request. A keybox allows convenient self check-in.

The apartment sits in a convenient area near Garitsa, placing guests within easy reach of daily essentials and Corfu Town’s most charming spots. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and local eateries are close by, while Garitsa Bay—with its scenic promenade, swimming spots, and views of the Old Fortress—is just a pleasant walk away. Corfu’s historic center, the Liston, and the main shopping streets are all easily accessible, and the airport and port are also just a short drive from the property. Street parking is available along the regular access roads near the apartment.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be notified if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. The apartment uses a keybox for flexible self check-in, and child equipment is available upon request to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
