Inside, the 37 m² apartment features a serene bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, a toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine, and a modern bathroom with a shower, toiletries, towels, and a washing machine. The balcony offers a pleasant outdoor spot for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and the electric boiler provides hot water once guests activate the grey switch approximately 20 minutes before showering. Air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV, ironing equipment, and a hair dryer ensure a comfortable stay. Access to the first floor is via stairs, as the building has no elevator, and a baby cot is available upon request. A keybox allows smooth and flexible self check-in.

The apartment enjoys a prime position in Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, placing guests only moments from the Liston promenade, Spianada Square, the Old Fortress, the Museum of Asian Art, and countless boutiques, bakeries, and eateries. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the Old Town are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. Casa Voula Nest uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, and child equipment is available upon request to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
