Casa Voula is a charming first-floor retreat in the heart of Corfu Town, offering a warm and welcoming base within one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Inside, the 38 m² apartment features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, along with a sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate a third guest. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom offers a shower along with towels, soap, shampoo, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and the electric boiler provides hot water when guests activate the grey button approximately 20 minutes beforehand. Air conditioning, heating, a TV, and a hair dryer are provided, and a baby cot or highchair is available upon request. Access to the apartment involves one small step at the entrance and stairs to the first floor, as the building has no elevator. A keybox allows for flexible self check-in.

Located in the pedestrian streets of Corfu Town, the apartment gives guests immediate access to the city’s lively atmosphere and cultural landmarks. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in is possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. Casa Voula uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, and child equipment is available upon request to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
