Upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen enables you to prepare home-cooked meals, while the second bedroom with two single beds offers sea views, comfort and privacy. A second bathroom with shower serves the upper floor. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout, and beds are fitted with quality mattresses for restful nights. A smart TV lets you stream your favorite shows, and the internet reaches speeds up to 24 Mbps. Hot water is provided via an electric boiler that you can activate by flipping the switch in the electrical panel roughly 20 minutes before use. The building is located on a regular street, the entrance is easy to find, and free public or street parking is usually available nearby. Washing machine, dishwasher, and all standard kitchen appliances and utilities are included, and a baby cot or highchair can be supplied on request.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00; if the apartment is ready earlier, guests will be informed and may check in sooner. Check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours are observed from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As with many older properties in Corfu, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or other waste, so guests are requested to use provided bathroom bins. The apartment uses a keybox for self check-in.
