Two siblings, both born on the 22nd, created a place where harmony, balance, and connection define every stay. Here, mornings begin with golden light and quiet moments. Evenings unfold under soft skies and shared conversations. Every stay becomes a memory built on calm, beauty, and togetherness. At Villa Twenty Two, harmony isn't just a concept — it's an experience.

The space
Spread over two levels, Villa Twenty Two comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The upper floor features a bright open-plan living space with lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all enhanced by a ceiling fan and large windows that frame the panoramic views. A family shower room is also located on this level.

At the front of the living area, a generous balcony invites you to relax and take in the unforgettable scenery below — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay.

A side door from the living area leads to a spacious terrace where the private swimming pool (4.5 x 8.5 m) is perfectly positioned to maximize sun exposure and sea views. Stone-built steps also connect the pool area to the lower floor. Surrounded by stone terraces, the pool area offers stunning views that reach as far as Corfu Town in the distance.

Nearby, a built-in BBQ provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining and relaxed evenings outdoors.

An internal staircase connects the upper floor to the ground level, which hosts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with front-facing balconies and exceptional views of the bay and open sea. Two double bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms, including the master bedroom, while the remaining two twin bedrooms share a family shower room. Laundry facilities are also conveniently located on this floor. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.
