Spread over two levels, Villa Kalamia comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The upper floor features a bright open-plan living space with lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all enhanced by a ceiling fan and large windows that frame the panoramic views. A family shower room is also located on this level.

At the front of the living area, a generous balcony invites you to relax and take in the unforgettable scenery below—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay.

Outdoor Living & Private Pool

A side door from the living area leads to a spacious terrace where the private swimming pool (4.5 x 8.5 m) is perfectly positioned to maximize sun exposure and sea views. Stone-built steps also connect the pool area to the lower floor. Surrounded by stone terraces, the pool area offers stunning views that reach as far as the town of Corfu in the distance.

Nearby, a built-in BBQ provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining and relaxed evenings outdoors.

Comfortable Bedrooms with Sea Views

An internal staircase connects the upper floor to the ground level, which hosts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with front-facing balconies and exceptional views of the bay and open sea. Two double bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms, including the master bedroom, while the remaining two twin bedrooms share a family shower room. The laundry facilities are also conveniently located on this floor. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.
