The house is spread across three levels and features traditional island architecture with wooden ceilings and a cozy, homely atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find the living area with a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a smart TV where you can connect to your own streaming accounts like Netflix. There is also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and sandwich maker. A small guest WC is also located on this floor.

The first floor (accessible only via stairs, as there is no elevator) features the main bedroom with a high wooden ceiling, a double bed, air conditioning, and a smart TV for streaming. On the same floor, you will find the main bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The top floor is an open‑plan bedroom with a lower ceiling, as seen in the photos, equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV as well.

Outside, the private terrace and small garden provide a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal at the outdoor table. The property also offers high‑speed Starlink internet, which ensures a reliable and fast connection, unlike most conventional internet services in Corfu that tend to be slower.

Please note: the property has internal stairs, there is no elevator, and hot water is provided by an electric boiler that takes about 15 minutes to heat. Local cats are common in the neighborhood and may occasionally visit the garden, as is typical in Corfu.

The apartment is located in Mandouki, just 100 meters from the main gate of Corfu Port, making it ideal for travelers arriving by ferry. Corfu’s central square and the Old Town are approximately 2 km away, and the airport is about 3 km from the property. The nightlife area with some of Corfu’s most famous bars and clubs is just 1 km away, while Faliraki Beach is located 2 km from the house. Within 80 meters, you will find a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a small park with a playground and basketball court. The property is situated on a pedestrian street with very limited vehicle traffic, offering a quieter atmosphere despite its central location.
