Inside, the apartment features an elegant open-plan layout with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a smart TV where guests can enjoy their own Netflix account. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, a filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, while the bathroom offers the rare comfort of a bathtub along with towels, toiletries, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and the property uses an electric boiler, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water once activated. Access is via the first floor of an older traditional building with no elevator, and the entrance is in good condition. Heating, a hair dryer, and ironing equipment are also provided, with a baby cot available upon request. A keybox allows convenient self check-in.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be notified if early access becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the Old Town are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. The apartment uses a keybox for flexible self check-in, and child equipment is available upon request, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay.
