Downstairs, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and a smart TV for relaxed evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, cooking utensils and tableware for preparing meals. The bathroom offers a shower, and the apartment includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi (up to 24 Mbps), and all essential linens, towels and toiletries. Hot water is provided via an electrical-panel system. The clean, well-maintained entrance ensures easy access, while free street parking nearby makes arriving by car convenient. Guests can check in using a keybox. On request, a baby cot or highchair can be provided.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in via keybox begins at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours are from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As with many older properties in Corfu, the sewage system requires that only toilet paper be flushed — please use the bathroom waste bin for other waste.
