Surrounded by traditional stone alleys and authentic local life, this welcoming home combines classic Corfiot atmosphere with modern comforts, offering an ideal retreat for couples, families, and small groups. With two double bedrooms, air conditioning, a balcony, and a peaceful setting just a short drive from Corfu’s west-coast beaches, it provides the perfect base for guests seeking both discovery and relaxation.
Inside, the house features two comfortable double bedrooms, a bright living room with traditional built-in seating and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils. A washing machine, TV, heating, and Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps ensure a convenient stay, while the bathroom includes a bathtub. The entrance has a typical village character, with no elevator access, as the home sits on the first floor. The electric boiler provides hot water and usually needs around 15–20 minutes to heat once activated. A baby cot is available on request, and guests are welcomed personally upon arrival.
Sinarades is a beautifully preserved village known for its narrow alleys, colorful homes, and centuries-old architecture. The small folklore museum, two cafés, and a year-round taverna are all within a short walk. The Aerostato viewpoint in nearby Aspes offers sweeping views of the Ionian Sea, while Agios Gordios Beach—just 4 km away—provides a sandy coastline, tavernas, and crystal-clear waters. Corfu Town is 13 km away, easily reachable by car or via a local bus line that connects the village to both the city and Agios Gordios. Daily essentials can be found in the village, and larger supermarkets are a short drive from Sinarades.
House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in is done in person, while check-out is at 10:00, with earlier arrival offered when the house is ready. Quiet hours in the area are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The property uses an electric boiler requiring 15–20 minutes to heat the water. As in all of Corfu and many parts of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins. Casa Corfina is reached via a normal village road, and private parking is available, making it easy for guests to explore both the village and the surrounding region.
