Kantouni Bizi Studio is a spacious 58.35 m² studio apartment located in the heart of Corfu Old Town, offering an authentic stay surrounded by historic streets, local life, and cultural landmarks. Suitable for up to three guests, this ground-floor studio is ideal for travelers who want to be within walking distance of Corfu’s main attractions while enjoying the comfort of a private city retreat. A private courtyard adds valuable outdoor space where you can relax and take in the unique atmosphere of the Old Town.

The studio is arranged on one level and is located on the ground floor, though there are approximately 15 steps at the entrance, which is typical for Old Town buildings. Inside, it features a comfortable sleeping area, a sofa bed accommodating an additional guest, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, and washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning is provided, along with Wi-Fi of up to 24 Mbps for everyday use. Hot water comes from an electric boiler, and once activated, it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. A filter coffee machine is available, and the building entrance reflects traditional Old Town character rather than a modern renovation. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Set on a pedestrian street, the studio places you just steps away from major sights such as the New Fortress, Saint Spyridon Church, and the lively port area. Numerous cafés, bakeries, tavernas, and restaurants are scattered throughout the surrounding streets, making it easy to experience Corfu’s local cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. Small supermarkets and convenience shops are nearby for daily needs, while Faliraki Beach is within walking distance for a refreshing swim. Other beaches, such as Mon Repos, can be reached easily by car or public transport. Guests should expect the typical sounds of an active historic center, especially during the day.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the studio is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner; check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. The studio uses a keybox for convenient self check-in. Free street parking is available on nearby streets, and a public parking area is also within walking distance, as vehicle access directly to the property is restricted due to its pedestrian Old Town location.
