Athens Serenity

Athens Serenity is a calm and welcoming apartment designed for guests who want to enjoy Athens at a relaxed pace while staying well connected to both the city center and the coast. Located in the residential area of Ilioupoli, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, open views, and a pleasant sense of everyday local life, making it a great choice for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking comfort away from the crowds.

The apartment measures 65.84 m² and is arranged on a single level on the second floor of a residential building without an elevator, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. It features one bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa and smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. A private balcony offers open views over the city and the sea toward Aegina island, creating a lovely spot for meals or evening relaxation. Parking is not private, but street parking is generally available in the surrounding area.



The apartment is located in Ilioupoli, a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to public transport and major roads. Central attractions such as the Acropolis, Plaka, and Syntagma Square are approximately 6–7 km away and can be reached conveniently via bus and metro. A bus stop is just a short walk from the apartment, connecting directly to Dafni metro station. For seaside escapes, the upscale coastal area of Glyfada, with its beaches, cafés, shops, and nightlife, is around a 15-minute drive away, offering a perfect balance between city sightseeing and coastal relaxation.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00; if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner, and check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Athens and many areas of Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
