The ground floor features an open-plan living room with two sofas, a TV, and an office corner, along with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a filter coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware. This level has two separate balconies—one off the kitchen with partial sea views and the other opening from the living room with panoramic views of Barbati Bay. A double bedroom with its own sea-view balcony is also located on this level, along with a family bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper bedroom, which includes a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite shower cabin, and a private terrace with beautiful sea views. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, the apartment includes Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps, a washing machine, heating, outdoor furniture, and an electric boiler that typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water once activated.

Barbati Beach is just a short walk away, known for its clear waters, organized sunbed areas, and beachside tavernas. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00, with earlier arrival possible if the apartment is ready. Quiet hours in the area are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The property uses an electric boiler for hot water, requiring around 15–20 minutes to warm up when turned on. As in all of Corfu and many parts of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins provided. The apartment is accessed from a normal road with private parking, and self check-in is available through a keybox.
