Casa Do Tina is a welcoming 79.58 m² seaside house located just 200 meters from the crystal-clear waters of Barbati Beach, offering guests an easy and relaxing coastal escape. Ideal for families or small groups, this comfortable home sits along a normal access road with private parking directly in front, and a short set of steps leads down to the entrance. Its peaceful terraces, sea-close setting, and direct private path to the beach make it a perfect retreat for guests seeking both convenience and tranquility on Corfu’s northeastern coast.

Inside, the house features two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, hosting up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. A dining area connects to the terrace for easy outdoor meals, while the living room offers a comfortable seating area and a TV. The bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower, and additional amenities such as a washing machine, heating, Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. The entrance has a normal condition, and hot water is supplied by an electric boiler that typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat once activated. Baby cots are available on request, and check-in is convenient through a keybox.

Barbati is known for its beautiful pebble beach, clear waters, and relaxed coastline lined with beach bars and tavernas. From the house, the beach can be reached via a private path, making swims and seaside strolls effortless. Restaurants, cafés, and mini-markets are all within walking distance along the coastal road, while nearby Ipsos offers additional dining and nightlife. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00, with early arrival possible when the house is ready. Quiet hours in the area are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The property uses an electric boiler requiring around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. As in all of Corfu and many parts of Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins.
