Inside, the suite features one cozy bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, with air conditioning in both spaces for a pleasant stay throughout the year. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, freezer, cookware, utensils, glasses, plates, and a filter coffee machine, while the bathroom offers a shower and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and the property uses a solar water heater, providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; guests may simply allow the tap to run for a few minutes to reach the desired temperature. Access to the second floor is via stairs, and the entrance is easy to locate with the provided directions. Private parking is available within the gated property using a remote control, and a baby cot or highchair can be provided upon request. A keybox allows smooth and flexible self check-in.

The suite sits in the quiet residential area of Potamos, offering a relaxed environment while remaining close to daily conveniences. A supermarket, bakery, and local grill restaurants are located around 1 km away, and Corfu Town—just 5.5 km from the property—offers cafés, shops, museums, and the charming narrow alleys of the old town. The port lies approximately 4 km away, the airport about 5 km, and several beautiful sandy beaches such as Kontogialos and Glyfada are around 9 km from the apartment, giving guests excellent options for swimming and exploring the island’s coastline.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins. The suite uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, and child equipment is available upon request to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
