The apartment features two welcoming bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—each equipped with air conditioning for a pleasant stay throughout the year. The living room is designed for comfort, offering a cozy place to unwind with a TV and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, a toaster, and a filter coffee machine, while the bathroom has a shower, toiletries, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, suitable for browsing and streaming. The property is equipped with a solar water heater, providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; in extended cloudy periods, an electric boiler is available and typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin.
