Escape to our inviting 85 m² apartment in the charming neighbourhood of Nea Smyrni. This cosy, well-equipped home offers two full bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with all the modern comforts you need — making it ideal for couples, families, or business travelers seeking a relaxed base not far from Athens’ seaside and cultural highlights.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, giving you easy access without climbing stairs. Inside you'll find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and sliding-door access to a balcony overlooking a leafy, quiet street. The open, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery and plates — plus a large dining table for six. A washing machine is also available. The main bedroom features a double bed (1.60 × 2.00), while the second bedroom includes two single beds that can be joined to form a double, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. Two full bathrooms with shower cabins, WC, sinks, hair-dryer and fresh towels add convenience. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for heating and cooling and offers both WiFi and cable internet up to 24 Mbps, along with TVs for entertainment.

Nea Smyrni is one of Athens’ most beloved neighbourhoods, combining urban convenience with a peaceful, community feel. Tree-lined streets, cafés, bakeries and local tavernas surround the lively central square, while nearby parks and walking paths create an inviting atmosphere for daily strolls. The apartment is ideally positioned for exploring the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and the Athenian coastline, with excellent public transport links offering easy access to the broader city. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all close by, making it a comfortable and practical base for your stay in Athens.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00 (self check-in via keybox), and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours are from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As is common in Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or waste — guests must use the bathroom bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
