Gems Electra apartment is a cozy 39.97 m² ground-floor retreat in the peaceful Kanoni area of Corfu, ideal for up to four guests who value nature, calm surroundings, and easy access to the city. Part of the small Gems Apartments collection, this apartment is set within a forested environment that feels secluded and relaxing, while still being well connected to Corfu Town by public transport just a short walk away. The private outdoor space invites you to slow down and enjoy quiet mornings or relaxed evenings surrounded by greenery and birdsong.

The apartment is arranged on one level and features a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. A filter coffee machine is available, and many of the electric appliances are smart, adding convenience during your stay. Wi-Fi is provided for everyday use, and hot water comes from an electric boiler; once activated, it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. Access to the property is via a path through the forest, which adds to the natural atmosphere but may not suit guests looking for direct door-to-door car access. The entrance is simple and functional, private parking is available, and a baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Kanoni is known for its tranquil, green setting and its proximity to some of Corfu’s most iconic sights. The famous Kanoni viewpoint and Mouse Island are nearby and offer classic photo opportunities, while Mon Repos Estate and its gardens are perfect for relaxed walks. Kanoni Beach is within easy reach for a quick swim, and Corfu Town, with its UNESCO-listed Old Fortress, charming old streets, shops, and museums, can be reached within minutes by bus or car. In the wider area you’ll find supermarkets for daily shopping, as well as local tavernas and cafés where you can enjoy Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, combining convenience with a laid-back, residential feel.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner; check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. The apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in.
