Casa Tsipa is a charming ground-floor apartment located near Corfu Town, offering guests a cozy and welcoming base from which to explore the island’s historic center. Its private terrace adds to the experience, providing a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee, an evening drink, or a quiet moment outdoors during your stay.

Inside, the 46 m² apartment features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, suitable for an additional guest. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, a kettle, and a filter coffee machine, along with a tap water filter that allows guests to enjoy clean, fresh drinking water directly from the sink. The bathroom offers a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and hot water is supplied through an electric boiler, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat once activated. The entrance includes a small step but provides easy access overall, and additional amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, and a TV ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. A baby cot is available upon request, and keybox self check-in makes arrival simple and flexible.

Situated near Corfu Town, Casa Tsipa offers quick access to many of the island’s most iconic attractions. The Liston promenade, Spianada Square, the Old Fortress, and Corfu Town Hall are all within walking distance, allowing guests to explore the city’s historic charm, picturesque lanes, and vibrant café culture with ease. Supermarkets, cafés, and local restaurants can be found throughout the neighborhood, and both the Blue Bus terminal (local routes) and the Green Bus terminal (long-distance routes) are close by, making travel around the island convenient. Free street parking is available along the regular roads near the property, ideal for guests arriving with a car.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, with earlier check-in possible if the apartment is ready, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. Casa Tsipa uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, and child equipment is available upon request to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
