The apartment measures 98 m² and is arranged on one level, featuring two separate bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an additional WC, offering extra convenience for longer stays or multiple guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and the overall layout allows guests to move comfortably between sleeping and living areas. The interior is designed for everyday ease rather than luxury hotel services, and while the apartment is spacious and well cared for, details such as floor level, elevator access, and private parking are not provided and should be considered by guests who require step-free access or guaranteed parking.



The suite is located about 4 km from the historic center of Athens, offering a more local and energetic neighborhood feel while remaining well connected to major attractions. Landmarks such as the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, and the National Archaeological Museum are easily reachable by public transport or taxi. The nearest metro stop, Attiki Station, is approximately 1 km away, while local supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and neighborhood tavernas can be found within walking distance. The area is lively and authentic, with everyday city movement, which means it offers real Athenian character but may feel less quiet than purely residential zones.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00; if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner, and check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Athens and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
