Escape to our charming Townhall Studio Corfu, a cozy 37.83 m² ground-floor retreat set just steps from the Town Hall and moments from the iconic Liston Square. Recently renovated with care and modern style, this elegant studio offers a warm, inviting atmosphere ideal for couples and business travelers who wish to enjoy the unique character of Corfu’s Old Town while staying within easy reach of shops, cafes, bakeries, public transport and the coastline.

Designed for comfort and simplicity, the studio accommodates up to four guests and features a double bed together with a comfortable sofa bed that opens into a double. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge, as well as a dining and sitting area thoughtfully arranged for convenience. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, towels and essentials. Amenities such as air conditioning (heating and cooling), washing machine, ironing equipment, fast WiFi up to 24 Mbps, a flat-screen TV and baby equipment available upon request ensure a worry-free stay. For hot water, guests activate the electric boiler located in the cupboard next to the door; it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat and should be switched off before showering.

Situated near Liston Square in the heart of Corfu’s Old Town, the studio places you within walking distance of some of the island’s most iconic attractions. The Old Fortress, Spianada Square, the historic Town Hall building and the charming narrow alleys of the UNESCO-listed Old Town are all just steps away. The neighbourhood is lively yet traditional, offering excellent restaurants, bakeries and cafés moments from the door. Public transport connections and the coastal promenade are easily accessible, and free street parking can be found in nearby roads, with an additional public parking option at Corfu Square. The studio sits along a narrow pedestrian alley typical of the Old Town, adding to its authentic local feel.

House rules do not allow parties, pets or smoking indoors; smoking is permitted only in the outdoor area. Check-in starts at 15:00 (self check-in via keybox), and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the area are from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As in all of Corfu and many parts of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
