Calliope Apartment is a stylish ground-floor home in the popular Garitsa Bay area of Kerkira, ideal for couples, families, or friends looking for a relaxed stay close to the sea and Corfu town. Set in a well-maintained three-storey building, the apartment offers easy access and a pleasant private terrace where guests can unwind or enjoy summer meals outdoors, all while being just steps away from the waterfront, cafés, and local life.

The apartment measures 55 m² and is arranged on one level. It features one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan living space with a comfortable double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, accommodating up to four guests. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and bedroom and also provides heating during cooler months. Wi-Fi is provided with speeds of up to 24 Mbps, and a filter coffee machine is available. The terrace is fully private and furnished for exclusive use. Please note that the building has stairs only, with no elevator, and while the entrance is in good condition, the apartment does not include a washing machine. The property uses an electric boiler for hot water, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat once activated. A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request, and free street parking is usually available nearby.

The apartment is located in Garitsa Bay, a lively yet pleasant seaside area known for its promenade, green spaces, and everyday conveniences. Mon Repos Gardens and beach are within walking distance, while the Old Fortress and Corfu Old Town can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot by walking through the park and along the seafront. Supermarkets and bakeries are located approximately 200 metres away, and several cafés and restaurants are right nearby, making the location ideal for exploring the town without needing a car.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner, while check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. The apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
